Rafael Cuevas is an imperfect servant of the community. He has the experience of overcoming challenging experiences and understands the immense value of having support in those moments. He is aware of harm he has caused in the community and committed to healing processes that involve accountability and redress. He is honored to give back what was freely given to him, in hopes that he can contribute to the establishment of a safe and healthy society.
