Mission

ReEvolution is an organization creating restorative communities through advocacy, in-prison programs, and reentry initiatives. We believe incarceration creates a ripple effect, not as isolated events but as societal challenges that call for shared awareness and collective action. Our work is grounded in the understanding that when one person is incarcerated, families, communities, and society at large are impacted.

We strive to shift the narrative—moving from a system of punishment to one of healing, growth, and opportunity.

Through our advocacy and dedicated programs, we create pathways for individuals to reintegrate into society with dignity and purpose. We foster environments where people—regardless of their background—can heal, thrive, and strengthen the community.

Why This is a Collective Issue

Mass incarceration and the barriers faced during reentry are woven into the fabric of society, affecting more than just those who are incarcerated. When individuals are locked away, entire families are fractured, and communities lose valuable members. The stigma and systemic challenges that follow a person post-incarceration further entrench cycles of poverty, disenfranchisement, and inequity.

By creating systems of support and advocating for restorative practices, we can mend the social fabric torn apart by incarceration. This is not just about individual rehabilitation; it is about societal healing and the potential to create a more just and empathetic future for everyone. In standing together as a community, we recognize that collective well-being and public safety are best achieved through restoration, not isolation.
