Sentenced to life without parole at 17, he served over 25 years before being released under Senate Bill 9. Since returning to the community, Paul has become a powerful advocate for youth justice reform. Today, he serves as a board member of ReEvolution and as Executive Director of Unlocked Futures in San Mateo, where he champions system-impacted youth and their families.
