Lance Gonzalez is a Los Angeles–born Peer Support Specialist and reentry advocate committed to helping justice-impacted individuals rebuild their lives with dignity, clarity, and real opportunity. After serving 17 years in the California prison system, Lance transformed his journey through education, mentorship, and extensive leadership in rehabilitation programs. He facilitated groups on emotional intelligence, cognitive behavior, and high-performance mindsets, helping others develop the tools needed for long-term success. Today, Lance channels that lived experience into service.
