Jennifer is a dedicated leader in restorative justice and practices, using her lived experience to create pathways for healing, growth, and community engagement. As Program Director at ReEvolution, she oversees and contributes to our reentry and prison programs, helping to create a nonjudgmental, supportive community where individuals impacted by incarceration can realize their full potential. In addition to her program leadership, Jennifer plays a vital role across the organization, supporting operations, initiatives, and staff. She is a Certified Peer Support Specialist and remains committed to building systems and programs that truly support healing, accountability, and restoration.
