Jason Renaldo is a case manager and community advocate at ReEvolution. With lived experience and training through the Offender Mentor Certification Program (OMCP), his work focuses on supporting people impacted by substance abuse, trauma, and systemic barriers and is grounded in meeting people where they are.

He supports individuals through case management services, helping them navigate systems of care, access housing options, and connect with community resources. Jason is committed to continuously learning and strengthening his mastery of available resources in order to better advocate for the people he works with. Known for bringing a steady mix of empathy, structure, and real-life understanding to his work, he supports people in rebuilding stability and moving forward with hope.

Outside of his work, Jason values family, faith, and legacy. He is supported by a strong and steady partnership that has been a consistent source of encouragement throughout his journey.
