Charles' connection to ReEvolution began with a simple scroll through Instagram that would change his life's trajectory - a video posted by a friend that shared her transformative experience from a recent visit to Valley State Prison with ReEvolution. He reached out to the ReEvolution team and was invited to join the next Junior Mentor class—an experience that would ignite a lasting commitment.

That first visit left an indelible mark on Charles, inspiring him to become a regular. What began as a spark by social media has evolved into one of his most meaningful pursuits, where he applies the strategic thinking and analytical skills developed through his real estate career to his true passion: building community and catalyzing positive change.

Despite the demanding eight-hour roundtrip journey to Valley State Prison, he consistently makes the trek to participate in the Junior Mentors Program. Through this work, he has forged genuine relationships with young men both during their incarceration and as they navigate the challenging path of healing. Witnessing their personal growth, newfound clarity, and determination to embrace future opportunities—despite having faced tremendous adversity—serves as a constant source of inspiration and reinforces his commitment to this work.
