Alison is a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). She is a fervent proponent of restorative justice, integrating this philosophy into her practice to support individuals in their journey toward healing and self-determination. Alison’s approach to mental health is rooted in the belief that everyone has the inherent capacity to chart their own course toward well-being. Throughout her career, she has worked with diverse populations, including adolescents, adults, and families, in various settings such as community mental health centers, in-patient facilities, and facilitating rehabilitation programs in prisons across California. Her expertise spans trauma-informed care, conflict resolution, and community building, all underpinned by her commitment to social justice and equity. She is committed to supporting her clients in their pursuit of mental and emotional well-being, helping them to reclaim their narratives and achieve lasting positive change.
