Francisco Orozco
Facilitator
Francisco Orozco-Villalobos is a facilitator who brings lived experience, resilience, and a deep commitment to personal and collective transformation. Incarcerated at the age of seventeen and sentenced to life in prison, he ultimately served fourteen years. During that time, he made the intentional choice to create meaning and purpose in his life, pursuing growth despite the constraints around him.
While incarcerated, Francisco attended Merced College and became a mentor and facilitator in the Youth Offender Program. He also served as a dedicated dog trainer in the Freedom Canine Dog Program, where he found connection, responsibility, and unexpected teachers in the dogs he helped raise and train.
Francisco earned his certification as a Peer Support Specialist (PSS) and continued his educational journey by completing his Substance Use Disorder Counselor diploma at Tarzana College and earning a degree in Sociology from Fresno City College.
Grounded in gratitude and guided by his experiences, Francisco is passionate about supporting others on their paths toward healing and transformation. He is honored to contribute to ReEvolution and the values it represents, helping to create spaces rooted in accountability and growth.
